Our apartment Kozica (Mountain Goat) is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Zakopane has to offer. Great for outdoor lovers and those wanting to be close to town to experience the culture, restaurants or night life. 

This is a brand new apartment on the ground floor, modernly furnished with a stylish and good quality kitchenette. The bathroom is bright and spacious and there is also an outside sitting area to enjoy the warmer days. There is one bedroom with a double bed and also one single sofa bed which means it is suitable for a couple or small family. 

There is free parking space in the underground garage. The location is perfect to easily walk around town and to some of the trails in the Tatra National Park.

How to get here

Please come to our office to collect your keys, BazaTatry at Tadeusza Kościuszki 22, 34-500, Zakopane. Our office is by the main bus/train station, right next to BarFis.

If you are driving enter the address into your GPS and it should take you straight there, please park across the street at Leclerc. If you are coming by bus or train, cross the big roundabout to BarFis and find us next door. 

Please contact us at least a day before to confirm what time you will be arriving at our office.

Whilst BazaTatry will do everything in their power to make sure that the details are correct and as accurate as possible, BazaTatry will assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur. BazaTatry also reserve the right to change the published information on the website at any time including prices, descriptions, and photos. BazaTatry reserve the right to update any of these Terms and Conditions at any time if it is deemed necessary, and in the interest of the company. Users are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. Accepting the use of this website or booking any of the apartments or activities with a BazaTatry agent immediately implies that these Terms and Conditions have been accepted.

Apartment Bookings

Your preliminary booking is made upon receipt of the booking deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. This prepayment should be made by bank transfer to: Bank Pocztowy 87 1320 1537 2937 2399 2000 0001SWIFT: POCZPLP4 or Transferwise. Your booking is not confirmed until BazaTatry receive the pre-payment and you have received the confirmation email from BazaTatry.The remaining balance due for the booking should be paid by bank transfer at least two days before arrival or by card/cash on arrival at our office. 


Extra services, not covered within the reservation, i.e. transport, trips or activities should be made in cash or by card at the office. 

Apartment Rules

The following Rules set out the terms and conditions of apartment rental. By making a booking, you accept these Rules. BazaTatry reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a booking.


The apartment will be available from 3pm, however, if possible, we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early.

Check-in will be at our office BAZATATRY, Kosciuszki 22, Zakopane. We are by the main bus/train station, we will meet you there, give you the keys to your apartment, directions and answer your questions. 

If you would like to check in later or earlier it is very important that you contact BazaTatry first to request this. BazaTatry reserve the right to deny such requests. Checking-in or -out at the time different than indicated and approved by BazaTatry may result in an extra fee payment, paid at site. Arriving after standard check-in time without informing BazaTatry at least a day before your arrival may result in treating your booking as a “no-show”, i.e. the booking will be cancelled and you will not be refunded any booking fees. 


You will need to check out of your apartment by 10 am. If you wish to extend your stay, we have to be informed thereof at least 24 hours before the original check-out day. Such a possibility will have to be confirmed by us and the payment for extra nights will have to be made before your original check-out day.

House rules

Should the customer lose the keys to the apartment, they shall promptly notify the agency representative of this fact. A fee of PLN 200 shall be charged for lost keys, gate remote or remote control. The guest shall be legally and otherwise liable for the use of the apartment during their stay therein, and in particular, they shall comply with the rules valid in the entire building. We assume that the apartment and the content is in perfect condition when guests check in unless guests inform us otherwise within 2 hours of the check-in. If the guest fails to inform us thereof, the guest will be held responsible for damages.  

Guests are kindly asked to respect the night quiet time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guests are asked not to disturb other guests staying in the building. No parties are allowed and only guests specified in booking are allowed in apartment. BazaTatry has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect in the case of any negative or aggressive behaviour or any persons disturbing the peace and / or damaging the property. No such termination shall entitle the guest to be reimbursed for any previously paid fees. In the event of the occurrence of force majeure events, BazaTatry shall have the right to cancel the agreement. This also applies to cases in which the personal safety of the guest or their property may not be guaranteed for reasons beyond BazaTatry’s control. Any amounts paid by the guest shall be promptly returned following the deduction of any amounts due for previously provided services. The agreement concluded by and between BazaTatry and the guest only covers accommodation rental.

Transport, meals and leisure time activities shall be the responsibility of the client, unless any other activity has been booked and confirmed. The rental price includes utilities (gas, electricity and water), as well as cleaning upon departure.

The only additional fee charged by BazaTatry shall be a visitor’s tax in the amount of PLN 2 per person per night.

Guests wishing to arrive with a pet need to confirm such a possibility with us first. Extra fee for a pet applies. We do not allow animals in all our apartments. 

Tours & Trips

BazaTatry will not be held responsible for any injuries occurred whilst participating in any of the tours or lessons on offer. Our instructors and guides are all highly qualified and will do everything in their power to provide you with safe conditions to participate in the tour or lesson but will not be held responsible for any injuries or damage. It is advisable that guests participating in tours and other activities have their own insurance.

We offer refunds in case conditions are such that a tour or lesson cannot take place. BazaTatry reserve the right to cancel tours and lessons and will provide our customers with a full refund.


This website require the use of ‘cookies’ particularly for the functionality of booking apartments. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, though this may affect functioning of the website. Alternatively cookies can be deleted after visiting our site, if wanted.

Regardless of whether or not you consent to your data being stored, we will store a cookie on your computer to tell us whether or not you have opted in. This helps us to ensure that we do not constantly ask you whether or not you want to opt in or out and it does not contain any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The information is stored for different time periods depending on the nature of your visit. So, if you are just looking around we will store approximate geographical location (country level) information. If you perform searches, then to make search forms more user friendly we will store the last things you searched on. This information is typically stored for a maximum of 24 hours and is only used to make your visit more pleasant.

When you make a booking with us, by necessity more information is stored.

  1. The technicalites of the booking form are captured and retained for a maximum of 60 days. This is required so that On Request bookings can be turned into full bookings once a booking is approved, and for analysis by our teams in case there is an issue with a booking. If you were not logged in when you made a booking then we will email you a username and password so that you can view your booking history and exercise your Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) if you wish to do that.
  2. Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
  3. When you consent to your information being stored as described above, we are legally obliged to store this consent in our database. This information will include your IP number and the content of the opt-in form. We will retain this consent notification indefinately (this is a legal requirement).
