The plan is more adventurous and includes introduction to Zakopane history and culture. You will get an idea about local architecture that is very precious to Podhale and you will hike Tatra Naional Park with a guide who will show you aroud and tell you interesting facts about places where you will be. Another part of the day concetrate on fun activities where you get a bit of adrenaline driving quad bikes and then tasting delicious local food in the eveing.

Trip schedule
Hike
- 8:00 am Pick up from your accommodation in Zakopane and transfer to Jaszczurówka chapel where your hike will start.
- Hike to Nosal Peak takes about 2hr. You will enjoy enormous view at Zakopane and Tatras
Kuznice Tour
- 11:00 am You will finish the hike in Kuźnice (historical center of Zakopane) where you will have a walk around with your guide and get to know some of the major history of the town.
- You will stop with your guide at a local cheese hut where you will get to taste some of the cheese.
Free time & lunch
- 12:00 We will book a place for you for lunch at a local restuarant and you will have 2hr free time.
Quad bikes
- 14:00 Pick up from restuarant and transfer to Quad bikes area.
- You have 2hr of fun on Quad bikes riding hills and forests with a guide.
Food tour
- 16:30 Pick up back to Zakopane
- 17:00 Food tour starts by our office BazaTatry. You will have a chance to try some local dainties in few different restaurants.

- Always have extra clothes and rain coat in your bag when going to mountains.

- Be prepared it can be muddy on hiking trails and quad bikes trails (!)

The house is excellent! We really enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed the rafting trip and it was nice to be picked up and pass the queues for the rafting. The guide spoke only Polish but made an effort to explain things to us. Happy to have booked with BazaTatry! -
Hi Retha, Thank you very much for an excellent stay in Zakopane. We had the best stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. We had a fantastic time learning to Ski with Peter. He was very helpful getting us organised with ski gear and patient teaching us to ski. -
The view is amazing and the facilities are great to unwind at the end of an action packed active day, which Retha is also happy to organise for us. We would recommend a hike in the area, fat biking and a snowboard lesson organised through Retha. Next time we are in Zakopane we would definitely stay here again! -
